2. AUTHENTICATION STANDARDS
2.1 Absolute Determination
MA & PC can issue authentication certificates only when we reach a complete, final, and undisputed conclusion. If absolute certainty is not achieved, no authentication certificate is issued — without exception.
A formal decision will be delivered by mail for every outcome.
We do not issue tentative, conditional, or probabilistic opinions.
All authentication represent our final and authoritative determination.
2.2 Artist-Authorized Final Authority
We have direct authority, designated by the artists and estates connected to us, to issue the definitive and legally recognized authenticity determination. Our determinations for these artist are final.
In these cases, our determination is the final and legally recognized authority within the scope of that authorization.
2.3 Scope
We use the methods we deem necessary. Eligibility for authentication is determined solely by MA & PC.

- Determinations reflect all evidence available at the time of evaluation.
- Submission does not guarantee review or authentication.
- Determinations may be revisited only if significant new evidence emerges and is verified.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MA & PC is not liable for any damages arising from:

- reliance on authentication outcomes,
- third-party disagreements or market consequences.
Liability remains limited in all circumstances.
